| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je provést finanční analýzu Oblastní nemocnice Kolín, a.s. z pohledu potřeb externích uživatelů za období 2014–2018 a získané výsledky porovnat s konkurencí v odvětví, resp. oborem samotným.Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část je zaměřena na teoretický popis finanční analýzy a vybraných ukazatelů, které jsou následně použity v části praktické. V té je představena analyzovaná společnost, konkurenti, základy financování nemocnic a zejména provedena finanční analýza za použití dříve představených ukazatelů. Na základě výsledných hodnot je v závěru provedeno celkové zhodnocení finančního zdraví analyzovaného podniku a prezentována základní doporučení pro vedení společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform a financial analysis in terms of the purposes of external users of the Regional Hospital Kolín, a.s. in the period 2014–2018 and compare it with the competitive environment, respectively the field itself.The bachelor thesis is divided into two primary parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical description of financial analysis and its selected indicators, which are then used in the practical part. The practical part introduces the analysed company, its competitors, the financing of hospitals and then the financial analysis is carried out with the assistance of the presented indicators. Based on the resulting values, an overall assessment of health and recommendations for future management of the company is made. |
