| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem udržitelnosti v České republice a analýzou byznys modelu konkrétní společnosti NILA Living s.r.o., která podniká v oblasti udržitelné módy. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit byznys model společnosti a následně poskytnout doporučení pro zlepšení, která by podpořila úspěšnost společnosti. Teoretická část práce je věnovaná představení principů trvale udržitelného rozvoje, udržitelnosti v podnikání a s tím souvisejícího fenoménu Slow fashion. Dále je teoretický základ zaměřen na problematiku byznys modelů, přičemž největší pozornost je věnována modelu Lean Canvas a jeho jednotlivým částem. Teoretický rámec je doplněn o poznatky, které byly zjištěny z již vzniklých analýz byznys modelů různých společností a tím vytváří základ pro praktickou část bakalářské práce. V úvodu praktické části je představena společnost NILA Living s.r.o. a její základní hodnoty. Hlavní částí je analýza udržitelného podnikání společnosti a modelu Lean Canvas, který byl zpracován majitelem společnosti NILA Living s.r.o. Pavlem Urbanem. Další analýzy vznikly na základě vlastního pozorování a rozhovorů se zaměstnankyní, zákaznicí a majitelkou společnosti. V závěru jsou shrnuty poznatky z provedených analýz a poskytnuty návrhy na zlepšení, které by podpořily úspěšnost společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor's Thesis deals with the phenomenon of sustainability in the Czech Republic and the analysis of the business model of a specific company NILA Living s.r.o., which operates in the field of sustainable fashion. The aim of the Bachelor’s Thesis was to evaluate the business model of NILA Living s.r.o. and then provide recommendations for improvement that would support the success of the company. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to the introduction of the principles of sustainable development, sustainability in business and the related phenomenon of slow fashion. Furthermore, the theoretical basis is focused on the issue of business models, with the greatest attention being paid to the Lean Canvas model and its individual parts. The theoretical framework is supplemented by knowledge that has been found from the already established analyzes of business models of various companies and forms the basis for the practical part of the Bachelor's Thesis. The practical part introduces the company NILA Living s.r.o. and its basic values. The main part is an analysis of the company's sustainable business and the Lean Canvas model, which has been made by the owner of NILA Living s.r.o. Pavel Urban. Further analyzes were based on author’s own involved observations and interviews with the employee, the customer and the owner of the company Eva Urbanová. In the end, the findings of the analyzes are summarized and suggestions for improvement which would support the success of the company are provided |
