Balanced Scorecard přináší výhody v podobě komplexního pohledu na podniku a je nástrojem pro tvorbu a implementaci strategie. Součástí práce je analýza současné situace podniku v rámci perspektiv Balanced Scorecard, finanční benchmarking a strategická analýza podniku. Dále je v práci sestaven návrh systému Balanced Scorecard, který obsahuje strategické cíle a jejích měřítka, strategické iniciativy a strategickou mapu společnosti Chart Ferox, a.s. |

Balanced Scorecard brings advantages like global analysis of a company and is an instrument that enables to create and implement business strategy. Thesis contains analysis of current situation of the company from Balanced Scorecard point of view, financial benchmarking and strategic analysis of the company. Hereafter thesis comprehends project of Balanced Scorecard system which covers strategic objectives and performance measures, strategic initiatives and strategic map of Chart Ferox company. |
