| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nabývání občanství na základě investičních programů. Teoretická část se nejdříve zaměřuje na charakteristiku samotného pojmu státní občanství a jednotlivé způsoby jeho nabývání. Poté již konkrétněji rozebírá režimy občanství pro investory a obecně shrnuje jejich výhody a nevýhody. Praktická část se věnuje členským státům EU, které udělování občanství na základě investičních programů umožňují a porovnává je z hlediska různých kritérií. Následně je pozornost věnována reálným případům investorů, jež dané státní občanství získali a zároveň také statistickým údajům o počtu takto přijatých žádostí a udělených občanství. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of acquiring citizenship by investment programmes. The theoretical part first focuses on the characteristics of the concept of citizenship and the various ways of its acquisition. It then discusses citizenship schemes for investors more specifically and generally summarizes their advantages and disadvantages. The practical part deals with the EU Member States, which allow the acquisition of citizenship on the basis of investment programmes and compares them in terms of different criteria. Subsequently, attention is paid to real cases of investors who have acquired the given citizenship, as well as statistical data on the number of applications received in this way and granted citizenships. |
