| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů z účetního a daňového hlediska. V teoretické části je nejprve uveden význam, cíle, historický vývoj a právní úprava zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Dále je popsáno daňové řešení vybraných benefitů z pohledu zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele, na které posléze navazuje účetní zachycení benefitů podle české legislativy. V praktické části je provedena analýza systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The master thesis deals with the issues of employee benefits from the accounting and tax aspects. The theoretical part first presents the meaning, aims, historical development and legal regulation of employee benefits. Furthermore, the tax solution of selected benefits from the point of view of the employee and the employer is described, which is then followed by the accounting aspects of benefits according to Czech legislation. In the practical part, an analysis of the system of employee benefits in a selected company is performed. |
