| Abstract: | Diplomová práce řeší pojištění přepravy zásilek, které je mnoha subjekty mezinárodního obchodu dlouhodobě podceňováno. Cílem práce bylo prokázat jeho význam pro subjekty podnikající v oblasti mezinárodního obchodu a na základě případové studie vyhodnotit rizika a dopady plynoucí z nedostatečné analýzy předmětného pojistného rizika danou exportní společností. Práce byla rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část byla provedena na základě rešerše mezinárodních a tuzemských publikací a právních předpisů. Praktická část byla provedena formou případové studie, jejíž stěžejní část byla zaměřena na konkrétní případ zasílatelské společnosti nabízející pojištění přepravy zásilek svým zákazníkům. Následně došlo k propojení s konkrétním případem pojistné události mající dopad na exportní společnost využívající jeho služeb. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the cargo insurance, which is being underestimated by many subjects of international trade. The aim of the thesis was to prove its importance for subjects doing business in the field of international trade and on the basis of case study to evaluate the risks and impacts resulting from insufficient analysis of the insurance risk by the given export company. The thesis was divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part was written on the basis of research of international and domestic publications and regulations. The practical part was carried out in the form of case study, where the main part was focused on the specific case of a forwarder offering cargo insurance to its customers. Subsequently, it was linked to a specific case of an insured event having an impact on the export company using its services. |
