| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou destinačního managementu. Cílem je porovnat vybrané regionální destinační společnosti, provést analýzu jejich činností destinačního managementu a marketingových aktivit. V teoretické části práce jsou charakterizovány základní pojmy týkající se destinačního managementu – destinace, management, destinační management. Dále se věnuje destinačním společnostem a struktuře v ČR. Informace jsou čerpány z odborné literatury. Praktická část porovnává tři vybrané destinační společnosti. Jsou zvolené takové, které se liší dobou existence a velikostí. Na závěr jsou uvedeny společné znaky a odlišnosti. Zdrojem informací této části jsou rozhovory s představiteli DS, oficiální webové stránky, výroční zprávy a strategické plány. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the issue of destination management. The aim is to compare selected regional destination companies, to analyze their working of destination management and marketing activities. The theoretical part of the thesis characterizes the basic concepts related to destination management - destination, management, destination management. It focuse on destination companies and structure in the Czech Republic. Information in the theoretical section were obtained in professional literature. The practical part compares three selected destination companies. Those that differ in existence and size are chosen. The last part presented common features and differencies. The source of information in this part are interviews with representatives of DMO, official websites, annual reports and strategic plans. |
