| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je identifikování česko-kanadských a kanadsko-českých kulturních standardů v pracovním prostředí. Dílo analyzuje oblasti, v kterých se obě kultury liší, a porovnává získané informace z výzkumu s teoretickými podklady. Vedlejším cílem je stanovení doporučení, které mohou pomoci českým občanům při prvním střetu s kanadskou kulturou. |

| Abstract: | The goal of the diploma thesis is to identify the czech-canadian and canadian-czech cultural standards in the working environment. The thesis analyzes the ares, in which the two cultures differ, and compares the gain research results with the theoretical sources. The secondary goal is to determine recommendations, which may help to the czech citizens to manage first encouter with the canadian culture. |
