| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vysvětlením procesu exekučního řízení, konkrétně srážkami ze mzdy a přikázáním pohledávky z účtu. Definuje práva a povinnosti všech subjektů a přesný postup řízení. Dále se podrobně zabývá výpočtem srážek ze mzdy a jiných příjmů. Práce je orientována především na zaměstnance, kteří jsou zároveň dlužníky a jejich mzda je postižena srážkami a současně přikázáním pohledávky z účtu. V závěru práce jsou uvedena možná řešení, která by mohla dlužníkům pomoct. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the explanation of the execution process, specifically deduction from wages and claiming a receivable from an account. It defines rights and obligations of all entities and the exact method of procedure. It also deals in detail with the calculation of deductions from wages and other income. The work is focused primarily on employees who are also debtors and their salary is affected by deductions and at the same time by claiming a receivable from the account. At the end of the work there are possible solutions that could help to prevent the employees. |
