| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit příčiny fluktuace u zaměstnanců leteckých společností. V teoretické části práce je detailně vysvětlen pojem fluktuace zaměstnanců, její druhy, výpočet, důsledky a možná řešení. Zároveň jsou zde rozebírány samotné faktory ovlivňující fluktuaci zaměstnanců v leteckých společnostech. Praktická část se věnuje dotazníkovému šetření, jehož smyslem je zjistit spokojenost se specifickými aspekty povolání letového personálu a tím identifikovat nejčastější faktory vedoucí k fluktuaci zaměstnanců. Jako nejkritičtější faktory byly prokázány nejistota zaměstnání, provozní změny a sezónnost. Nakonec jsou uvedena vhodná doporučení ke snížení míry fluktuace. Konkrétní vnitropodnikové faktory vedoucí k fluktuaci nejsou v praktické části zohledňovány. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out the most common causes of turnover of airline employees. Based on the questionnaire survey, the most critical factors leading to turnover are identified. The theoretical part of this thesis explains the concept of fluctuation, its types, calculation, consequences and possible solutions. Then the factors leading to turnover of airline employees are analysed. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of data obtained in a survey. Then the most common causes of turnover are tested. Job insecurity, operational changes and seasonality proved to be the most critical factors. The final part is devoted to suitable recommendations for reducing the rate of turnover. Specific internal company factors are not taken in account in the practical part. |
