| Abstract: | Přiložená práce se zabývá zhodnocením atraktivity Letiště Praha jako zaměstnavatele, a to z pohledu zaměstnanců i široké veřejnosti. Za pomocí dotazníkového šetření analyzuje vnímání značky zaměstnavatele Letiště Praha. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, zdali se vnímání veřejnosti odlišuje od představ vedení společnosti. Práce přináší doporučení pro společnosti, které potenciálně mohou vést ke zlepšení její vnímání na trhu práce. |

| Abstract: | The enclosed thesis focuses on the evaluation of the attractiveness of the Prague Airport as an employer, from the perspective of employees and the public. The thesis analyses the perception of the employer brand of the Prague Airport by using questionnaire. The main goal is to find out whether the perception of public differs from the company’s management concept. The thesis brings recommendations for the company that can potentially lead to the improvement of the perception of employer brand on the labour market. |
