| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce bylo potvrdit či vyvrátit hypotézu: Čím kvalitnější je řídící struktura v dané zemi, tím lepších výkonů v oblasti cestovního ruchu dosahuje. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. Byla provedena analýza řídící struktury a státní politiky cestovního ruchu v ČR a ve vybraných zemích (Slovensko, Rakousko, Německo, Maďarsko). Následně byla provedena komparace. Vyústěním práce byl návrh efektivní řídící struktury a opatření politiky cestovního ruchu v ČR. Hypotéza byla potvrzena. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with comparison of the quality of tourism structure and tourism policy and their influence on tourism outputs. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The analysis of the tourism structure and tourism policy in the Czech Republic was carried out, as well as in the chosen countries - Slovakia, Austria, Germany and Hungary. Then the comparison was done. The result was to draft an efficient tourism structure in the Czech Republic. |
