| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá analýzou a návrhem business intelligence pro výrobní podnik Fair & Bio. Obsah práce sestává ze dvou hlavních částí, kdy v první části je popsána základní teorie o BI problematice, která obsahuje a vysvětluje důležité oblasti pro provedení vlastní analýzy, jenž je obsahem druhé části. V té je pak blíže popsána daná společnost, přičemž jsou zde také specifikovány hlavní procesy uvnitř firmy. Stejně tak je popsán aktuální stav společnosti ze strany řízení a IT, jsou vymezeny oblasti řízení pro firmu, ve kterých je následně analýza provedena. Dále je blíže specifikován návrh business intelligence řešení, jehož nedílnou součástí jsou dimenzionální a faktové tabulky. Za pomoci implementace řešení jsou poté zobrazeny výstupy analýzy v grafické podobě. Na základě výstupů lze zhodnotit finanční situaci v různých oblastech řízení. BI řešení umožňuje získat detailní přehled o celém podniku. Přehled mohou využít majitelé podniku, vlastníci či akcionáři. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with analysis and design of business intelligence for the manufacturing company Fair & Bio. The contents of the thesis consist of two main parts. The first part describes the basic theory of BI problematics, which contains and explains important areas for execution of the design. The design itself is the content of the second part. It includes more detailed description of the company while also specifying the main processes within the company. The current state of the company from the management and IT side is described there as well. The areas of management, in which the analysis is subsequently performed, are defined. Furthermore, the design of the business intelligence solution is specified in more detail. An integral part of it are dimensional and fact tables. With the help of the implementation of the solution, the outputs of the analysis are displayed in a graphical form. Based on the outputs, it is possible to evaluate the financial situation in various areas of management. The BI solution allows us to get a detailed overview of the company as a whole. The overview can be used by the owners of the company, proprietors or shareholders. |
