| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá identifikací a analýzou důvodů vedoucí čínskou vládu k útlaku ujgurské menšiny v severozápadní provincii Sin-ťiang. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V rámci teoretické části je rozebrána teorie konfliktu, jeho členění a dynamika.Teoretická část se dále zabývá pojmem conflict resolution a rozvojem oboru řešení konfliktů. Teoretická východiska jsou aplikována v empirické části práce při rozboru zkoumaného konfliktu. Empirická část se zabývá identifikací a analýzou jednotlivých důvodů, které vedou čínskou vládu k útlaku Ujgurů v provincii Sin-ťiang. Zkoumány jsou zejména důvody, v zájmu kterých, si implementaci opatření vláda snaží veřejně ospravedlnit. Na závěr části jsou identifikovány nástroje, které čínská vláda užívá k útlaku ujgurské menšiny. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the identification and analysis of the reasons leading the Chinese government to the oppression of the Uighur minority in the northwestern province of Xinjiang. The work is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part deals with the theory of conflict, its division, and dynamics. The theoretical part also deals with the concept of conflict resolution and the development of the field of conflict resolution. Theoretical starting points are applied in the empirical part of the thesis in the analysis of the examined conflict. The empirical part deals with the identification and analysis of individual reasons that led the Chinese government to the oppression of the Uighurs in Xinjiang Province. In particular, the reasons for which the government seeks to publicly justify the implementation of the measures are examined. At the end of this section, the tools used by the Chinese government to oppress the Uighur minority are identified. |
