| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou šikany na pracovišti. Teoretická část pojednává o specifických formách nežádoucího chování na pracovišti, které jsou zasazené do širokého rámce šikany. Práce je zaměřena zejména na problematiku mobbingu (psychické násilí ze strany spolupracovníka/ů) a bossingu (psychické násilí ze strany nadřízeného/nadřízených). Ostatní nežádoucí chování na pracovišti jsou vymezena okrajově. Cílem teoretické práce je vytvořit edukační příručku pro jedince nebo organizace, která blíže charakterizuje mobbing a bossing včetně jejich znaků, vývoje, konkrétních projevů, cílů, příčin, profilace aktérů (pachatel, oběť), důsledků, prevence a obrany. Pro zdůraznění závažnosti problematiky mobbingu jsou uvedeny výsledky z již realizovaných výzkumů ze zahraničí a z České republiky. Praktická část je tvořena kvantitativním výzkumem formou dotazníkového šetření. Cílem je zmapování výskytu mobbingu a jeho vybraných podob ve zdravotnickém zařízení (osobní zkušenosti obětí, znaky, vývoj a konkrétní projevy, role svědka, důsledky, řešení, přístup organizace). V závěru praktické části jsou vyhodnoceny stanovené hypotézy a navržena možná doporučení pro danou organizaci. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the issue of bullying in the workplace. The theoretical part deals with specific forms of undesirable behavior in the workplace, which are embedded in a broad framework of bullying. The diploma thesis is mainly focused on the issue of mobbing (psychological violence by co-worker) and bossing (psychological violence by superior/superiors). Other undesirable behavior in the workplace are marginally defined. The aim of the theoretical part is to create an educational manual for individuals or organizations that characterize mobbing and bossing, including its characteristics, process, concrete attacks, goals, causes, profiling of actors (aggressor, victim), consequences, prevention and defense. To emphasize the seriousness of the issue of mobbing, the results of already conducted research from abroad and from the Czech Republic are presented. Practical part consists of quantitative research in the form of questionnaire survey. The aim is to map the occurrence of mobbing and its selected forms in the medical facility (personal experience of victims, signs, process, concrete attacks, the of a witness, consequences, solutions, the approach of the organization). At the end of the practical part, the established hypotheses are evaluated and possible recommendations for the given organization are proposed. |
