| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je výzkum strategie řízení rizik ve společnosti Mars Inc. Rusko v oblasti mezinárodního obchodu, posuzovaní jejich metod a nabízení nových možných řešení. První kapitola práce se věnuje teoretické části a popisuje možná rizika v mezinárodním obchodě a metody jejich krytí. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na analýzu možných rizik ve vybrané společnosti, jejich hodnocení a návrhu nových možných řešení pro jejich pokrytí. V třetí kapitole je předloženo interview s pracovníky Mars Inc. Rusko, které bylo provedeno v rámci bakalářské práce, na jejíhož základě byli zformulovány základní rizika vybrané společnosti v mezinárodním obchodě a metody, které používá společnost pro jejich pokrytí ve skutečnosti. Jejich metody byly porovnány s navrženými postupy v druhé kapitole bakalářské práce a na základě toho byly zformulovány nové možné řešení. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of the bachelor’s thesis is to study the risk management strategy of Mars Inc. Russia in the field of international trade, evaluate their methods and suggest new possible solutions. The first chapter of the paper is devoted to the theoretical part and describes possible risks in international trade and methods of covering them. The second chapter is aimed at analyzing possible risks in the selected company, evaluating them and suggesting new possible solutions for covering them. The third chapter presents an interview with employees of Mars Inc. Russia, which was conducted as part of the bachelor's work. Based on it were formulated the main risks of the selected company in international trade and the ways that the company uses for covering them in reality. Their methods were compared with the suggested in the second chapter of the bachelor's work and based on this were formulated new possible solutions. |
