| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je poskytnout seznámení s metodami procesní analýzy, modelování a optimalizace a jejich následnou praktickou aplikací. Teoretická část práce se zabývá popisem a definicemi termínů spojených s procesní analýzou. Dále jsou zde představeny metody procesní optimalizace a notace a standardy využívané při procesním modelování. Poslední část teoretické práce je zaměřena na procesní oblast Release managmentu z hlediska souvisejících best practice. Praktická část práce vychází z teoretického základu představeného v první části práce. Zabývá se popisem sledované organizace a zvolení vhodné optimalizační metody pro účely práce. Hlavní část práce tvoří aplikace teoretických poznatků v praxi v rámci analýzy vybraného procesu ve sledované organizaci a návrhu jeho optimalizačních opatření. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to provide an introduction to the methods of process analysis, modeling, and optimization, and their subsequent practical application. The theoretical part deals with the description and definitions of terms associated with process analysis. Furthermore, methods of process optimization and notation and standards used in process modeling are presented. The last chapter of the theoretical part is focused on the process area of Release Management in terms of relevant best practices. The practical part of the thesis is built upon the theoretical basis presented in the first part of the thesis. It deals with the description of the monitored organization and the selection of a suitable optimization method for the purposes of the work within the organization. The main part of the thesis consists of applying the theoretical knowledge in practice for the analysis of a selected process in the monitored organization and the design of its optimization measures. |
