| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením podnikání v systému franchisingu pro podnikatele. Teoretická část práce definuje systém franchisingu, popisuje historii franchisingu a představuje jednotlivé druhy franchisingu spolu s jejich výhodami a nevýhodami. Praktická část posléze srovnává výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých způsobů, jejichž prostřednictvím je možné franchisu provozovat. Dále detailně analyzuje a uvádí jednotlivé typické části franchisové smlouvy. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the assessment of business in the franchising system for entrepreneurs. The theoretical part defines the franchising system, describes the history of franchising and presents various types of franchising along with their advantages and disadvantages. The practical part compares the advantages and disadvantages of various possibilities through which it is possible to operate the franchise. Furthermore, it lists and analyzes in detail typical individual parts of the franchise contract. |
