| Abstract: | Diplomová práce si klade za cíl zjistit, jaké formy pracovněprávních vztahů jsou využity v podnicích cestovního ruchu působících na území České republiky a dále posuzuje, do jaké míry je platný předpoklad o nadužívání dohod a pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr. Předložená práce shrnuje obecné informace o ekonomice cestovního ruchu, představuje cestovní ruch z makroekonomického hlediska, dále objasňuje specifika zaměstnanosti v cestovním ruchu. Práce dále představuje zákonné ukotvení pracovněprávních vztahů v cestovním ruchu v ČR. Ke zjištění odpovědí na výzkumné otázky stanovené v úvodu práce, je využita kvantitativní metoda primárního výzkumu – dotazování v elektronické formě. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis aims to find out what forms of employment relations are used in tourism companies operating in the Czech Republic and it further assesses the extent to which the presumption of overuse of Agreements to work outside the scope of employment. The presented work summarizes general information about the economics of tourism, presents tourism from a macroeconomic point of view, and clarifies the specifics of employment in tourism. The work also describes the Labour Law in tourism industry in the Czech Republic. To find out the answers to the research questions set out in the introduction was used a quantitative method of primary research - questioning in electronic form. |
