| Abstract: | Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám dopadem 4. průmyslové revoluce do pracovní sféry, kde chci poukázat na fakt, jaký důsledek bude mít automatizace, digitalizace a decentralizace většiny pracovních míst a do jakých nových sektorů se budou muset lidi rekvalifikovat. Větší důraz budu klást na bankovní a finanční sektor, jelikož ve třetí kapitole se chci zaměřit na platformu, která je využívána bankovní společností. Platformu, MarketPlace lze svojí podstatou a fungováním zařadit do 4. průmyslové revoluce, ač se pohybuje na úplných začátcích. |

| Abstract: | In my bachelor's thesis I deal with the impact of the 4th Industrial Revolution in the work sphere, where I want to point out the fact that the automation, digitization and decentralization of most jobs will have and in which new sectors people will have to retrain. I will place more emphasis on the banking and financial sector, as in the third chapter I want to focus on the platform used by the banking company. The platform, MarketPlace, by its nature and functioning can be included in the 4th industrial revolution, although it is at the very beginning. |
