| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této práce je vypracovat podnikatelský plán na otevření domova seniorů se zaměřením na Alzheimerovu chorobu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část blíže objasňuje pojem Alzheimerova choroba a vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se podnikání a podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části je vypracován konkrétní podnikatelský plán, který se skládá z popisu podnikatelské příležitosti, základních údajů o společnosti, analýzy trhu, personálního zabezpečení, marketingového a finančního plánu, hodnocení investice a analýzy rizik. Cílem a zároveň výsledkem diplomové práce je podnikatelský plán, který je využitelným a užitečným podkladem jak pro autora, tak i samotnou společnost a na základě kterého je možné podniknout kroky pro úspěšné fungování podniku. |

| Abstract: | The primary objective of this thesis is to develop a business plan for opening a retirement home with a focus on Alzheimer's disease. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part clarifies the concept of Alzheimer's disease and defines the basic concepts related to entrepreneurship and business plan. In the practical part, a specific business plan is developed, which consists of a description of the business opportunity, basic information about the company, market analysis, staffing, marketing and financial plan, investment evaluation and risk analysis. This thesis aims to be usable and useful background document for the author as well as for the company itself, on the basis of which it would be possible to take the right steps leading to the successful operations of the company. |
