| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnotit připravenost dnešní generace na práci v digitálním světě, respektive digitalizaci. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury a odborných článků. Je zaměřena především na popis generace Z a jejích charakteristik, dále se zabývá digitalizací a gamifikací, která je využita v praktické části. Praktická část potom obsahuje samotnou analýzu skill-setu dnešní generace, která byla provedena na základě testování pomocí gamifikace, přesněji aplikace KnackApp Games. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Thesis is to evaluate readiness of today´s generation to work in the digital world. The theoretical part is based on specialized literature and specialized articles. It focuses on description of the generation Z, digitalization and gamification, which is mainly used in practical part. The practical part contains the analysis of today´s generation skill-set. Their skills were tested by gamification, more precisely by the application KnackApp Games while they were playing 3 games. |
