| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou implementace ERP systému ve vybraném podniku. Pro uvedení čtenářů do dané problematiky práce nejdříve charakterizuje ERP systémy, etapy životního cyklu ERP systému, dále kritické faktory úspěchu implementace podnikového informačního systému a rizikové faktory, které se v průběhu projektu mohou vyskytnout. Hlavní část práce je zaměřena na analýzu implementace ERP systému v konkrétním podniku, což je také jeden z dílčích cílů této diplomové práce. Dalším dílčím cílem je identifikace kritických míst, která nastala v průběhu projektu. Po jejich určení následuje sada doporučení na zlepšení, která mohou být podnikem využita při dalších projektech. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the implementation of the ERP system in a selected company. Firstly, the thesis characterizes ERP systems, stages of the ERP system life cycle, the critical factors of success of the implementation of enterprise information system and risk factors that may occur during the project. The main part of the work is focused on the analysis of the implementation of the ERP system in a particular company, which is also one of the partial goals of this thesis. Another partial goal is the identification of critical factors that occurred during the project. Their identification is followed by a set of recommendations for improvement, which can be used by the company in other projects in the future. |
