| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá vývojem webové aplikace, která si klade za cíl usnadnit zaměstnancům stravovacích zařízení práci spojenou s tvorbou jídelníčku a také zvýšit atraktivitu nabízených jídel pro samotné strávníky. Nejdříve je čtenář seznámen s problematikou školního stravování. Dále je provedena rešerše odborných publikací, analýza existujících řešení a také dotazníkové šetření s cílem získat funkční a nefunkční požadavky. Součástí práce je i analýza procesu tvorby jídelníčku modelové školní jídelny a návrh jeho zefektivnění. Následně jsou vybrány technologie a navrženo uživatelské rozhraní. Se získanými znalostmi je aplikace implementována. Implementovaná aplikace je důkladně uživatelsky otestována testovacími scénáři. Výsledky testování jsou vyhodnoceny, diskutovány a dále navrženy možná vylepšení. Po otestování je aplikace úspěšně nasazena a spuštěna do ostrého provozu modelové školní jídelny. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focused on the implementation of the web application. The aim of the application is to simplify the creation process of the school canteen menu and also increase the attractiveness of the meals offered. At the beginning, the reader is introduced to shool feeding issues. Then, the school feeding domain is studied, followed by analysis of existing application for menu creation and also qunatitative survey to gain functional and non-functional requirements. Part of this thesis is the analysis of the creating a menu process of the model school canteen and suggesting how to improve it. Subsequently, technologies are choosen and the user interface is designed. With the gainded knowlege, the application is implemented. The implemented application is thoroughly user-tested by test scenarios. Test results are evaluated, discussed and possible improvements are suggested. After user testing, the application is successfully deployed and launched into live operation of the model school canteen. |
