| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na český trh kaskadérské práce. Důraz je kladen na ekonomické, psychologické a sociologické aspekty kaskadérské práce, které jsou vymezeny v teoretické části práce formou čtyř kapitol. Jedná se o témata trhu kaskadérské práce, stresu a rizika v kontextu kaskadérské práce, žen kaskadérek a vyváženosti osobního a pracovního života kaskadérů a kaskadérek. Vzhledem k nedostatečnému zastoupení informací o českém kaskadérském trhu v odborné literatuře jsou teoretické poznatky v těchto kapitolách čerpány primárně ze zahraničních zdrojů, zejména USA, Kanady a Británie. Předmětem výzkumu je doplnění teoretického poznání k tématu trhu kaskadérské práce právě se zaměřením na prostředí České republiky. Kvalitativní výzkum formou hloubkových rozhovorů s kaskadéry a kaskadérkami tak poskytuje vhled do českého trhu kaskadérské práce. |

| Abstract: | The master’s thesis is focused on the Czech stunt labour market. It puts emphasis on economic, psychological and sociological aspects of the stunt work. They are specified in the theoretical part in four chapters. Topics of those chapters are stunt labour market, stress and risk in the context of the stunt work, stuntwomen and work-life balance of stuntmen and stuntwomen. Due to the insufficient amount of information about the Czech stunt labour market in the literature the knowledge in these chapters is drawn primarily from foreign sources, especially USA, Canada, and the UK. The object of the research is to fill in this gap in theoretical knowledge with focus on the topic of the Czech stunt labour market. The qualitative research in the form of in-depth interviews with stuntmen and stuntwomen thus provides an insight into the Czech stunt labour market. |
