| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat problematiku využívání tradičních řemeslných technologií při výrobě na území České republiky. Dále pak její zhodnocení na konkrétním příkladu kloboučnické firmy TONAK v Novém Jičíně. Teoretická část BP se věnuje významu řemeslné tvorby v kontextu ekonomickém, sociálním i kulturním. BP hledá také argumentaci pro podporu výrobců a značek, jejichž produkce stojí na tradičních technologiích. Praktická část BP je zaměřena na fungování firmy TONAK, konkrétně pak na problematiku získávání nových zaměstnanců v oboru, který se již nevyučuje. Cílem je zkonstruovat koncepci rekvalifikačních kurzů pro lidi v období střední dospělosti a zjistit mezi zmíněnou skupinou zájem nejen o daný kurz, ale také o novou profesi. |

| Abstract: | The main purpose of this thesis is to present the use of traditional craft technologies in manufacturing processes in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the focus of the thesis is on a specific example of a hat producing company called TONAK located in Nový Jičín. The theoretical part is dedicated to the importance of craftsmanship in the economic, social, and cultural context. Arguments supporting manufacturers and brands whose production is based on traditional technologies are included. The practical part is focused on the company TONAK and its issue regarding recruiting new employees in a traditional field that is no longer formally taught. The aim is to construct a concept of retraining courses for people in middle adulthood as well as to find their motivation for both new qualification and professional career. |
