| Abstract: | Trh zdravotnických prostředků je v EU silně regulovaný. Aby mohla firma na tento trh vstoupit a začít své výrobky prodávat, musí nejprve prokázat splnění příslušných požadavků definovaných mezinárodní normou ČSN EN ISO 13485:2016. Cílem této práce je prozkoumání požadavků na systém managementu kvality zdravotnických prostředků dle kapitoly 4 Systém managmentu kvality výše zmíněné normy a zpracování podkladů pro certifikaci v technologickém start-upu Mindpax s.r.o. V teoretické části je krátce představen management kvality dle Mezinárodní Organizace pro Standardizaci, přínosy implementace a jsou definovány základní požadavky na zavedení tohoto systému kvality. Praktická část je věnována společnosti Mindpax, jejímu představení, analýze aplikovatelnosti jednotlivých požadavků normy a zpracování podkladů pro splnění těchto požadavkům, jež bude Mindpax moci dále využít pro získání certifikátu kvality dle ISO 13485:2016. |

| Abstract: | The EU medical device market is heavily regulated. For a company to enter this market and start selling its products, it must first prove its compliance with the relevant requirements defined by the international standard ČSN EN ISO 13485: 2016. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the requirements for the medical device quality management system according to Chapter 4 Quality management system of the above-mentioned standard and to process materials for certification in the technological start-up Mindpax s.r.o. The theoretical part briefly introduces the quality management according to the International Organization for Standardization and the benefits of its implementation and defines the basic requirements for the implementation of this system. The practical part is dedicated to the introduction of Mindpax, analysis of the applicability of individual requirements of the standard and processing of materials for compliance with these requirements, which Mindpax will be able to further use to obtain a quality certificate according to ISO 13485: 2016. |
