| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze a porovnání dvou filmových adaptací Krásky a zvířete. Teoretická část je zaměřena na příběh Krásky a zvířete, jeho původ a různé verze. Dále je v této části čtenář seznámen s teorií Cesty hrdiny a Archetypů Christophera Voglera, které slouží jako podklad pro část praktickou. Praktická část má za cíl analyzovat dvě filmová zpracování příběhu Krásky a zvířete, jedno z roku 1991 a druhé z roku 2017. K analýze jsou použity již zmíněné teorie. Řešená je především dějová složka jednotlivých zpracování. Následně jsou uvedeny další významné rozdíly v adaptacích. Závěr praktické části je věnován dalším faktorům, které měly vliv na celkové vyznění děl. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jestli se uvedené adaptace něčím příběhově liší a jestli nová hraná verze z roku 2017 nějakým způsobem příběh posouvá a jak je toto odlišení do díla zapracováno. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and comparison of two film adaptations of Beauty and the Beast. The theoretical part focuses on the story of Beauty and the Beast, its origin and various versions. Furthermore, in this part the reader is acquainted with the theory of the Hero's Journey and the Archetypes of Christopher Vogler, which serves as a basis for the practical part. The practical part aims to analyze the two films, Beauty and the Beast from 1991 and 2017. The already mentioned theories are used for the analysis. The emphasis is primarily on the plot of each version. Subsequently, other significant differences in adaptations are listed. The conclusion of the practical part is devoted to other factors that had influence on the overall tone of the films. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out if the abovementioned adaptations differ in story and if the live-action version from 2017 shifts the story in some way and how is this distinction incorporated into the work. |
