| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení ekonomických a sociálních aspektů oddlužení fyzických osob v ČR v letech 2019–2020. Teoretická část práce vychází ze studia odborné literatury a je zaměřena na vymezení institutu oddlužení a průběhu insolvenčního řízení. V praktické části práce je analyzována genderová, věková, vzdělanostní a teritoriální struktura vybraného vzorku dlužníků. Na základě výsledků vlastního šetření jsou vyhodnoceny stanovené hypotézy. V závěru práce je provedena komparace oddlužení v letech 2019 a 2020. Jsou zde také popsány dopady pandemie Covid-19 na vývoj oddlužení. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of economic and social aspects of insolvency institute for natural persons in the Czech Republic in the years 2019–2020. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the study of literature and focuses on defining the institute of debt relief and insolvency proceedings. The practical part of the thesis analyses the gender, age, educational and territorial structure of a selected sample of debtors. Based on the results of my research, the established hypotheses are evaluated. At the end of the work, a comparison of debt relief in 2019 and 2020 is made. The effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on the development of debt relief are also described. |
