| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zjistit vnímání automatizace širokou veřejností. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část se zabývá teoretickým základem. Zde se snažím čtenáři představit nejdůležitější pojmy, které souvisí s automatizací. Druhá část se věnuje porovnání studií s kvalitativním výzkumem a rozhovory. Na základě získaných dat byla provedena diskuse, která vedla k závěrům práce, kde bylo objasněno, jak je vnímána automatizace a proč je vnímána právě tak. Práce se rovněž snaží rozšířit povědomí o automatizaci. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis aims to describe a perception of threat of automation to employees. Work consists of research on topic automation, from development of automation, over description of all terms, which are related to automation, to actual use of automation. Next part of my work is devoted to quantitative and qualitative research. Quantitative research consists of a survey. In qualitative research, I talk about the threats automation poses. Using interviews, I have discovered why people see such a threat in automation. From the results, we can see, that every 10th person is scared of automation. |
