| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na trh práce Karlovarského kraje s bližším zaměřením na okres Sokolov. V této bakalářské práci se jedná zejména o problematiku tohoto regionu v ekonomické situaci a na trhu práce. Cílem této práce je analýza trhu práce, zejména ukazatele podílu nezaměstnaných osob, a to v letech 2010 až 2020. Na rok 2020 je zde kladen speciální důraz z důvodu zhoršení ekonomické situace v tomto období. Práce je rozdělena na tři hlavní kapitoly, které se pak dělí do jednotlivých podkapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na základní charakteristiku Karlovarského kraje. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na vysvětlení teoretických definic, které jsou potřeba k této práci. A nakonec třetí kapitola, která je praktickou částí. Zde se analyzuje vývoj makroekonomických ukazatelů (nezaměstnanost, HDP, hrubé mzdy), důležitá odvětví v Karlovarském kraji, vývoj a význam těžby uhlí pro okres Sokolov, analýza roku 2020 a nakonec vyhlídky do budoucna pro okres Sokolov. K analýze se používají zejména data z Českého statistického úřadu, Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí a Úřadu práce ČR. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the labor market of the Karlovy Vary region with a closer focus on the Sokolov district. This bachelor thesis deals mainly with the issue of this region in the economic situation and the labour market. The aim of this work is to analyze the labour market, especially the indicator of the rate of unemployed persons, from 2010 to 2020. There is a special emphasis on the year 2020 due to the deterioration of the economic situation in this period. The work is divided into three main chapters, which are then divided into individual subchapters. The first chapter focuses on the basic characteristics of the Karlovy Vary region. The second chapter focuses on explaining the theoretical definitions that are needed for this thesis. And finally, the third chapter, which is a practical part. Here are analyzed the development of macroeconomic indicators (unemployment, GDP, gross wages), important sectors in the Karlovy Vary region, the development and importance of coal mining for the Sokolov district, the analysis of the year 2020 and at the end there is a subchapter with the future prospects for the Sokolov district. There are used mainly for this thesis data from the Czech Statistical Office, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Labour Office of the Czech Republic. |
