| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů a srovnání užití těchto nástrojů v českých kulturních organizacích. Teoretická část se věnuje charakteristice vybraných zaměstnaneckých benefitů, jejich poskytování dle právních ustanovení či rozdílnosti poskytování v soukromé a státní sféře. Rovněž se tato část práce zabývá trendem zaměstnaneckých benefitů v České republice a novinkami, které se v této oblasti objevují. Praktická část se zabývá konkrétními zaměstnaneckými benefity, které jsou aplikovány jednotlivými vybranými kulturními organizacemi v oblasti divadla, muzeí a soukromých galerií. Tato část je založena na analýze dat získaných z dotazníkového šetření mezi kulturními organizacemi v České republice. Cílem práce je analyzování podmínek zaměstnaneckých benefitů v českých kulturních organizacích. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the issue of employees' benefits and a comparison of the use of these tools in Czech cultural organizations. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of selected employees' benefits, their provision according to legal provisions or differences in provision in the private and public spheres. This part of the thesis also deals with the trend of employee benefits in the Czech Republic and the innovations that are emerging in this area. The practical part deals with specific tools and employees' benefits that are applied by individual selected cultural organizations in the area of theater, museums and private galleries. The second part is based on the analysis of data obtained from a questionnaire survey among cultural organizations in the Czech Republic. The work aims to compare the conditions of employee benefits in Czech cultural organizations. |
