| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o motivaci dobrovolníků k zapojení se do studentské organizace v České republice. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na dobrovolnictví obecně a na vývoj dobrovolnické činnosti v České republice. Dále jsou popsány studentské organizace; zejména AIESEC České republika, jež je pro tuto práci stěžejní. Na základě teoretických poznatků byl proveden výzkum ve vybrané studentské neziskové organizaci. Poslední kapitola se zabývá analýzou motivace dobrovolníků. V závěru jsou uvedena doporučení a návrhy pro podnícení zájmu o dobrovolnou činnost a o postup na vyšší pozice ve studentské organizaci. |

| Abstract: | The master’s thesis deals with the motivation of volunteers to join a student organization in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the work is focused on volunteering in general and on the development of volunteering in the Czech Republic. Next in the thesis are the student organizations described; mainly AIESEC in the Czech Republic which is important for this thesis. Based on theoretical findings, research was conducted in a selected student non-profit organization. The last chapter deals with the analysis of volunteer motivation. Finally, there are recommendations and suggestions for stimulating interest in volunteering and advancement to higher positions in the student organization. |
