| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat vybrané mobilní aplikace monitorující pohybovou aktivitu uživatelů a shrnout jejich slabé a silné stránky. První část práce se věnuje problematice mHealth, tedy mobilního zdravotnictví, a to zejména v souvislosti s pohybovou aktivitou. Je rozčleněna do více podkapitol popisujících historii zvoleného tématu, výhody mHealth, kategorizaci mHealth či význam mobilních aplikací v této oblasti. Ve druhé části je provedena analýza celkem devíti aplikací a následně jsou navržena možná řešení napomáhající ke zlepšení některých jejich funkcí včetně navržení „ideální“ aplikace na základě získaných poznatků. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse selected mobile applications that monitor the physical activity of users and summarize their strengths and weaknesses. The first part of the thesis focuses on mHealth i.e. mobile health care, especially in connection with physical activity. It is divided into multiple sub-chapters describing the history of the selected theme, the advantages of mHealth, the categorization of mHealth and the importance of mobile applications in this area. In the second part, an analysis of a total of nine applications is performed and then possible solutions are proposed to help improve some other function, including the design of an “ideal” application, based on the knowledge gained. |
