| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem matek podnikatelek a jejich work-life balance. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je syntetizovat zkušenosti matek podnikatelek s konceptem work-life balance. Práce hledá odpovědi na otázky týkající se faktorů, které harmonizaci osobního a rodinného života ovlivňují. Teoretickou část se zabývá rešerší literatury týkající se konceptu work-life balance, jeho výhod a nevýhod a faktorů, které jej ovlivňují. Dále se věnuje vysvětlení pojmů souvisejících s podnikáním a nastiňuje, jaké postavení mají ženy podnikatelky v České republice. Metodologická část seznamuje s vybranými metodami diplomové práce. Součástí práce jsou případové studie a jejich vyhodnocení shrnující kvalitativní výzkum. |

| Abstract: | The Master’s thesis deals with the topic of mother entrepreneurs and their work-life balance. The main goal of the thesis is to synthesize the experiences of mother entrepreneurs with the concept of work-life balance. The work seeks answers to questions about the factors that affect the harmonization of personal and family life. The theoretical part deals with a literature search concerning the concept of work-life balance, its advantages and disadvantages and the factors that affect it. It also explains the concepts related to business and outlines the position of women entrepreneurs in the Czech republic. The methodological part introduces selected methods of the Master‘s thesis. Part of the work are case studies and their evaluation summarizing qualitative research. |
