| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem postavení žen na trhu práce v České republice v letech 2009-2018. V teoretické rovině se zaměřuje na historii i současný stav postavení žen na trhu práce a představuje dílčí témata týkající se diskriminace žen, jejích forem a právní ochrany. V praktické části je analyzována tzv. gender pay gap v jednotlivých letech a odvětvích vybraných dle klasifikace CZ-NACE. Dále jsou komentovány výstupy z vlastního dotazníkového šetření, které jsou komparovány s platovou analýzou mužů a žen na trhu práce. Gender pay gap se ve vybraných odvětvích dle klasifikace CZ-NACE vyskytuje v rozmezí od 10-50 %. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor's Thesis deals with the topic of the women's participation in the labour market in the Czech Republic. In a theoretical level, it focuses on the history and current state of the position of women in the labour market and presents sub-themes concerning discrimination against women, their forms and legal protection. The practical part analyses the so-called gender pay gap and sectors selected according to the CZ-NACE classification. The results of the own questionnaire survey, which are compared with the pay analysis of men and women in the labour market, are also commented on. Gender pay gap occurs in the range of 10-50 % in selected sectors according to the CZ-NACE classification. |
