| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je tvorba strategických variant růstu pro konkrétní společnost zabývající se vertikálním farmařením a ohodnocení těchto variant. Práce shrnuje teoretická východiska z oblasti strategie růstu firmy, strategické analýzy a analýzy proveditelnosti. Tyto poznatky jsou aplikovány při samotném vývoji variant. V práci jsou použity metody a nástroje jako Porterův model 5 sil, PESTLE analýza, SWOT analýza, Ansoffova matice růstu nebo SCQ přístup. V praktické části práce je představena a zkoumaná společnost. Následuje analýza mikro a makro prostředí společnosti a následně je vytvořeno 6 možných variant růstu. Pro každou z těchto variant je provedena analýza proveditelnosti, poté jsou varianty porovnány z pohledu finančních ukazatelů, senzitivity výnosů a souladu se strategií firmy. Nakonec jsou společnosti poskytnuta doporučení, jaké růstové varianty zvolit. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this thesis is to create strategic growth options for a specific vertical farming company and evaluation of these options. The thesis summarizes the theoretical basis in the field of company growth strategy, strategic analysis and feasibility study. These findings are applied in the development of the possible options. The thesis uses methods and tools such as Porter's model of 5 forces, PESTLE analysis, SWOT analysis, Ansoff growth matrix or SCQ approach. In the application part of the thesis, the company is introduced and analyzed. Then it is performed an analysis of the company's micro and macro environment and then 6 possible growth options are created. For each of these options, a feasibility study is performed. The options are compared in terms of financial indicators, sensitivity of revenues and compliance with the company's strategies. Finally, the company is provided with recommendations on which growth options to choose. |
