| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá testováním prototypu služby, která na základě údajů o uživateli poskytuje personalizovaná doporučení výživových doplňků. Cílem práce je navrhnout a otestovat prototyp této služby. Teoretická část se zabývá vybranými moderními metodami pro tvorbu nových produktů, metodou Lean startup, nástroji používanými k zachycení business modelů a prototypováním. V praktické části jsou využity principy a nástroje metody Lean startup. Na základě úvodního průzkumu je vytvořen Lean Canvas a stanoveny hypotézy o business modelu služby. Na základě stanovených hypotéz a zjištění z úvodního průzkumu je navržen prototyp služby, který je posléze testován a pomocí získaných dat jsou ověřovány klíčové předpoklady pro životaschopnost této služby. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to test a prototype of service, that provides recommendations of nutritional supplements based on personal data. The main goal of this thesis is to design and test a prototype of this service. The theoretical part deals with selected modern methods for creating new products, the Lean Startup method, tools used to capture business models and with prototyping. The research part uses the Lean Startup method and related tools. Based on an initial survey Lean Canvas is created and hypotheses about the business models of the services are established. Based on the hypotheses and previous findings, a prototype of service is designed and tested. The key assumptions are validated based on acquired data and viability of the service is assessed. |
