| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této práce je analýza motivace k dobrovolné činnosti v kontextu vývojové psychologie u vybrané skupiny deseti dobrovolníků. Na základě cílů práce byly stanoveny čtyři výzkumné otázky. Výzkum probíhal formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, které byly následně analyzovány za pomocí kódování. U vybraných dobrovolníků převažovala motivace ze skupiny egoistické, a to především touha po nových znalostech, rozvoji a kontaktech. Co se týče hodnotové orientace respondentů, prokázalo se zaměření na benevolenci, universalismus, sebeurčení a také na hédonismus a úspěch. Většina respondentů současně vykázala znaky sociálně podmíněné mysli, kdy se projevovalo tíhnutí k autoritám a důležitost názoru skupiny a konvenční morální úrovně. U vzorku respondentů byla pozorovatelná souvislost mezi sociálně podmíněnou myslí a altruistickými motivy pro dobrovolnictví a současně také mezi sebeurčující myslí a tíhnutím k egoistickým zdrojům motivace. Toto zjištění by mohlo najít uplatnění v neziskových organizacích při motivaci dobrovolníků na specifické vývojové úrovni a také v podnicích, které uvažují nad rozvojem svých zaměstnanců pomocí CSR aktivit. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this thesis is to analyse the motivation to volunteer in the context of developmental psychology in a selected group of ten volunteers. Based on the objectives of the work, four research questions were determined. The research took the form of semi-structured interviews, which were then analysed by using coding. The motivation from the egoistic spectrum prevailed among the selected volunteers, especially the desire for the new knowledge, development, and contacts. Regarding the value orientation of the respondents, the focus on benevolence, universalism, self-direction, as well as hedonism and achievement was demonstrated. At the same time, most respondents showed signs of a socialized mind, showing an inclination to authority and the importance of group opinion and conventional moral standards. In the sample of respondents, there was an observable connection between the socialized mind and altruistic motives for volunteering, simultaneously also between the self-authoring mind and the tendency towards egoistic sources of motivation. This discovery could find an application in non-profit organizations in motivating volunteers at a specific development level and also in companies that are considering the development of their employees through CSR activities. |
