| Abstract: | Práce řeší problematiku doručování zásilek poskytovateli KEB služeb, ve vztahu s problematikou poslední míle. Vlivem růstu realizovaných přeprav zásilek, objednaných na trhu B2C prostřednictvím internetu a tlaku na maximalizaci zákaznického komfortu, je nutné implementovat nová řešení pomocí dostupných technologií. V práci jsou prezentovány metody neasistovaného doručení, následně je vybrána vhodná metody pro český trh, kterou jsou takzvané Parcel Lockery. Cílem této práce je zmapovat současný stav poskytovatelů a provozovatelů Parcel Lockerů, ve vztahu k jejím uživatelům a následně prezentovat doporučení a pozorované jevy. Výsledky práce ukazují, že Parcel Lockery nejsou zatím veřejností zcela přijaty. Doporučení pro operátory KEB zahrnují nové funkcionality pro Parcel Lockery a možnost oslovení nových zákazníků. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is delivery of parcels by CAP providers, in connection with the Last Mile delivery problem. Due to increase of the amount of parcel deliveries, ordered through B2C market via internet and the pressure of increasing consumer demands, it is necessary to implement new solutions using available technology. Methods of un-assisted parcel delivery are presented in this thesis, followed by selection of the right one for the Czech market. Such method is the Parcel Lockers. Objective of this thesis is to map the current status of providers of Parcel Lockers, in relation to their users and to present the recommendations and observations. Results show, that Parcel Lockers are not yet commonly used by the public. Recommendations for the CAP operators include enabling new functionality of the Parcel Lockers and possibilities of addressing new customers. |
