| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá age managementem ve společnosti A. Jejím hlavním cílem je analyzovat a zmapovat principy age managementu v dané firmě. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny důležité pojmy ze zkoumané problematiky. Na danou část navazuje část praktická, jež využívá poznatků teoretické části. V její první části je popsána společnost A a její systém poskytovaných benefitů. Na popis navazuje dotazníkové šetření, které je určeno zaměstnancům společnosti pro získání jejich postojů a názorů na danou problematiku. K získání uceleného pohledu je následně proveden rozhovor s HR manažerkou společnosti A, se kterou jsou i probrány některé výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Nedostatky zjištěné v průběhu analýzy jsou diskutovány v poslední kapitole, kde i navrženo řešení pro jejich eliminaci, nebo alespoň zmírnění jejich dopadů. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with age management in company A. Its main goal is to analyze and map the principles of age management in the company. The theoretical part presents important concepts from the researched issues. The given part is followed by a practical part, which uses the knowledge of the theoretical part. The first part describes company A and its system of benefits. The description is followed by a questionnaire survey, which is intended for the company's employees to obtain their attitudes and opinions on the issue. In order to obtain a comprehensive view, an interview is then conducted with the HR manager of company A, with whom some results of the questionnaire survey are also discussed. The shortcomings identified during the analysis are discussed in the last chapter, where a solution is proposed for their elimination, or at least mitigation of their impacts. |
