| Abstract: | Tato práce se zaobírá tématikou nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2016/679 ze dne 27. dubna 2016 o ochraně fyzických osob v souvislosti se zpracováním osobních údajů a o volném pohybu těchto osob, které se následně aplikují na vzdělávací instituce. Spolu s tímto nařízením vznikly nové povinnosti pro zpracovatele. Pokud by zpracovatelé toto nařízení nedodrželi, mohli by být vystaveni riziku obdržení vysokých pokut. Se zavedením směrnice 95/46/ES o ochraně fyzických osob v souvislosti se zpracováním osobních údajů a o volném pohybu těchto údajů byl zrušen zákon 101/2000 Sb., o ochraně osobních údajů, který byl následně nahrazen zákonem 110/2019 Sb., o zpracování osobních údajů. Cílem práce je zjištění, zda vzdělávací instituce dodržely nařízení plynoucí z nařízení GDPR a na jaké úrovni je jejich zabezpečení. Druhým cílem je pak navržení opatření vhodných pro nápravu nebo zlepšení stavu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is an analysis of the implementation of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, published by the European Parliament and the Council in April, 27th 2016, about the General Data Protection Regulation („GDPR“) and the free movement of this data within the educational institutions. Along with this regulation have arisen new obligations for the processors. In case of non respect of this regulation, the processors are exposed to the risk of receiving significant fines. Thanks to the creation of the Directive 95/46/ES about the protection of individuals in terms of personal data processing and the free movement of this data, the original Czech law 101/2000 Coll. about the protection of personal data was replaced by the law 110/2019 Coll. about the processing of personal data. The main goal of this thesis is to find out whether the educational institutions are complying with the GDPR and how they are managing their safety. The second objective is to propose measures to correct or improve the current state. |
