| Abstract: | Cílem práce byla analýza situace na trhu práce v období před světovou pandemií způsobenou virem SARS-CoV-2, popis a komparace regionálních specifik českého trhu práce a hospodářsko-politická analýza jednotlivých vládních opatření směřujících k podpoře trhu práce v České republice, které byly přijímané v souvislosti se šířením viru SARS-CoV-2. Teoretická část je komponována definováním trhu práce, vybraných problémů na něm se zaměřením na nezaměstnanost a pohledy vybraných ekonomických škol na trhy práce. Praktická část se věnuje analýze trhu práce České republiky v období 2008-2019, popisu vybraných programů na podporu zaměstnanosti a zhodnocení jejich vlivu na stav zaměstnanosti v roce 2020. Za pomoci hospodářsko-politické analýzy se podařilo potvrdit hypotézu, že vládní opatření pomohla zmírnit dopady pandemie viru SARS-CoV-2 a s ní spojená restriktivní opatření na trh práce v České republice v roce 2020. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is an analysis of the labor market in the period preceding the pandemic, a description and a comparison of regional specificity of Czech labor market and an economic-political analysis of particular governmental measures endeavouring to support labor market in Czech Republic that were introduced in connection with dissemination of virus SARS-CoV-2. The theoretical part is composed of defining of labor market, introducing particular problems in labor market with a focus on unemployment and presenting different approach to labor market from points of view of particular economic theories. The practical part provides an analysis of the labor market in the period 2008-2019, a description of particular governmental measures endeavouring to support labor market and an evaluation of their impact on employment. Use of an economic-political analysis led to a confirmation of a hypothesis, that governmental measures contributed to reduce the impact of the pandemic of virus SARS-CoV-2 and of restrictive measures on the labor market of Czech Republic in 2020. |
