| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je charakterizovat problematiku zaměstnávání lidí s duševním onemocněním. Popsat a analyzovat situaci v České republice, včetně návrhu možných opatření. Prostřednictvím čtyřdimenzionálního dotazníku symptomů je zkoumán rozsah duševního onemocnění u zaměstnané populace. Focus group pak odhaluje chování duševně nemocných na pracovišti. Poslední výzkum zkoumá postoje a vztahy v jednotlivých firmách. Metody smíšeného výzkumu odstraňují limitace kvalitativního či kvantitativního výzkumu, kombi-nace obou výzkumů přináší komplexnější informace. V České republice se pro-jevuje vysoké stigma, skrývání běžných duševních onemocnění před zaměstna-vatelem a zároveň je patrný vzrůstající trend duševního onemocnění. Doporu-čením je organizovaná a soustavná činnost firem v oblasti duševní hygieny a destigmatizace. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the master’s thesis is to characterize the issue of employment of people with mental illness. Describe and analyze the situation in the Czech Republic, including a proposal for possible measures. The environment of the four-dimensional symptoms questionnaire is an examination of the extent of mental illness in the employed population. The focus group then reveals the behavior of the mentally ill in the workplace. The latest research examines attitudes and relationships in individual companies. Mixed research methods remove the limitations of qualitative or quantitative research, a combination of both research-es provides comprehensive information. In the Czech Republic, there is a high stigma, hiding common mental illnesses from the employer and at the same time, a growing trend of mental illness is evident. The recommendation is an organized and systematic activity of companies in the field of mental hygiene and destigmatization. |
