| Abstract: | Tématem práce je manželství, registrované partnerství a majetek. Cílem práce je od-povědět na otázku, zda je česká legislativa v oblasti manželských svazků a registrovaného partnerství dostačující a efektivní. V práci se věnuji rozdílům mezi oběma instituty a detailněji se zaměřuji na oblast majetku. Analyzuji situaci v Evrop-ské unii a podrobněji se věnuji belgické legislativě. Výstupem práce jsou doporučení pro změny v legislativě ČR. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on marriage, registered partnership and property. The aim of the thesis is to answer the question whether the Czech legislation on marriages and registered partnerships is sufficient and effective. In my thesis I deal with the differences between the two institutes and I focus in more detail on property. I analyze the situation in the European Union and examine Belgian legislation. The output of the thesis are recommendations for changes in the legislation of the Czech Republic. |
