| Abstract: | Předmětem této diplomové práce je ocenění společnosti ELGAS, s.r.o. pomocí metody diskontovaných peněžních toků (DCF) entity, EVA entity a stanovení její účetní hodnoty jako minimální hodnoty podniku. Teoretická část se věnuje vysvětlením pojmů: podnik, hodnota podniku, kategorie hodnoty, popisu základních metod oceňování podniků, finanční a strategické analýzy. V praktické části je provedena charakteristika společnosti ELGAS, s.r.o., její strategická a finanční analýza a analýza generátoru hodnoty. Pomocí zvolených metod je stanovena hodnota podniku pro majitele i věřitele. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou stanovena i doporučení pro majitele firmy. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this diploma thesis is evalution of the company ELGAS, s.r.o. using the discounted cash flow (DCF) method of the entity, the EVA entity and determining its carrying amount as the minimum value of the enterprise. The theoretical part is devoted to the explanation of the terms company, company value, value category, description of basic methods of company valuation, financial and strategic analysis. In the practical part, the characteristics of the company ELGAS, s.r.o., its strategic and financial analysis and the analysis of the value generator are performed. Using selected methods, the value of the company for owners and creditors is determined. Based on the results, recommendations are also set for business owners. |
