| Abstract: | Náplní diplomové práce je analýza chování zákazníků z hlediska péče o zdraví a jejich preference při nákupu volně prodejných léčivých přípravků a doplňků stra-vy na českém trhu z pohledu množství, druhu a místa nákupu, rozdělených dle pohlaví, věku, vzdělání a společné domácnosti. Úvodní část diplomové práce se věnuje vysvětlení hlavních pojmů souvisejících s tímto tématem. Tyto informace byly získány na základě teoretické rešerše dostupných zdrojů. Vlastní analýza se věnuje rozboru dat z dotazníkového šetření, obsahující otázky týkající se způsobu péče o zdraví a přístupu k řešení méně závažného zdravotního problému a s tím související nákup volně prodejných léčivých přípravků a doplňků stravy. |

| Abstract: | The contents of the thesis is an analysis of customer behavior in terms of health care and their preferences when purchasing over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements on the Czech market in terms of quantity, type and place of purchase, divided by gender, age, education and common household. The introduction of the thesis is devoted to explaining the main concepts concerning this topic. Information contained in the thesis has been gathered on the basis of research of available sources. The analysis itself is devoted to the break-down of data gathered from a questionnaire survey, addressing issues related to the method of health care the approach to solving less serious health problems and the related purchase of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements. |
