| Abstract: | Cílem mé diplomové práce je valuace a komparace developerských projektů v Praze. V teoretické části se zabývám základními pojmy, legislativní úpravou, metodami oceňování nemovitostí a popisem realitního trhu v Praze. První část rovněž obsahuje popis developerů, analýzu jejich motivace a analýzu cenotvorby bytových jednotek. Praktická část zahrnuje výběr dvou developerských projektů na základě předchozí analýzy, zdůvodnění výběru, jejich popis, ocenění a následné porovnání. |

| Abstract: | The aim of my diploma’s thesis is to valuate and compare development projects in Prague. In theoretical part, I analyze the fundamental terms, legislative, real – estate valuation methods and description of the real – estate market in Prague. The first part also includes description of development companies, analysis of their motivation and pricing. Practical part consists of valuation and comparison of two development projects chosen together with their description pursuant prior analysis of development projects in Prague. |
