| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování finanční a strategické analýzy společnosti Dealer A v časovém období 2014 – 2018. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to na metodickou a praktickou. Metodická část se orientuje na vymezení předmětu a významu finanční a strategické analýzy. Finanční analýza obsahuje její uživatele, zdroje a využívané ukazatele. V rámci strategické analýzy je hodnoceno vnější a vnitřní okolí společnosti prostřednictvím analýzy okolí a analýzy vnitřních zdrojů a schopností. Součástí praktické části je aplikace představených ukazatelů a metod a porovnání výsledků s konkurenční společností. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky provedených analýz a zhodnocena celková finanční situace společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to perform financial and strategic analysis of the company Dealer A in the period 2014 – 2018. The thesis is divided into two parts: methodical and practical. The methodical part focuses on the definition of the subject and the importance of financial and strategic analysis. The financial analysis contains its users, resources and used indicators. In the part of strategic analysis, the external and internal environment of the company is assessed through analysis of the environment and analysis of internal resources and capabilities. The practical part includes the application of the presented indicators and methods and comparison of results with the competitor. In the closing chapter, the results of financial and strategic analysis are summarized and the overall financial situation of the company is evaluated. |
