| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem financování regionálního školství v České republice a jeho reformou, která vešla v platnost v roce 2020. Hlavním cílem práce je srovnání nového a starého způsobů financování a jejich dopad na školská zařízení. Mezi další cíle patří zanalyzovat financování a hospodaření konkrétní základní školy. Teoretická část neboli první kapitola se věnuje především popisu obou způsobů financování a také hodnotí role Ministerstva školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy ČR, krajů a zřizovatelů v tomto systému. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na rozdíly v počtu základních škol a žáků v jednotlivých krajích a na rozdíly v krajských normativech z roku 2019. Součástí této kapitoly je i komparace financování na modelovém příkladu pro 14 základních škol ze 14 krajů ČR. Třetí kapitolu tvoří případová studie zaměřená na Základní školu v Mnichovicích, její financování, hospodaření a realizované investiční akce v posledních letech. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the financing of regional education system in the Czech Republic and its reform which came into force in 2020. The main goal is to compare the new system and the old system of financing and their effect on schools. The other goal is to analyse financing and economic activities of one primary school. The theoretical part or the first chapter is based on description of both form of financing and it also evaluates the roles of Ministry of education, youth and sports and founders in this system. The second chapter is focused on differences between number of primary schools and number of students in the individual regions and differences between region’s norms in 2019. A part of this chapter is also the comparison of financing on the model examples for 14 primary schools from 14 regions of the Czech Republic. The third chapter is a case of study of primary school in Mnichovice, its financing, economic activities, and investment project in recent years. |
